ALKALOIDE VON ISOPYRUM THALICTROIDES

Zusammenfassung

Chromatographie von Isopyrum thalictroides L. ergab sieben Dragendorff positive Flecke. Fünf derselben fanden sich in der Fraktion der tertiären Basen, zwei in derjenigen der quartären Basen. Aus der letzteren wurde die Hauptkomponente in Form des Perchlorates in einer Ausbeute von 0,17 %, berechnet auf das trockene Pflanzenmaterial, isoliert und als Magnoflorin–Perchlorat identifiziert.

Summary

Seven alkaloids were demonstrated to be present in Isopyrum thalictroides L. Five are tertiary bases and 2 are quarternary alkaloids. Magnoflorin was isolated as the perchlorate in a yield representing 0,17 % of the dry weight of the plant material worked up.
