Summary
Oxalic, tartaric, citric, succinic and asorbic acids; calycotomine, nicotine; rutin; tartaric racimase and a new triterpenoid saponin, C36H58O10 composed of glucose and acid sapogenin, C36H58O5 have been isolated from the leaves of Acacia concinna DC (Shikakai).
