Zusammenfassung

Durch HCl–Dampf–Hydrolyse auf der Kieselgelschicht und anschließende 2–dimensionale DC konnten aus dem Saponingemisch aus den Wurzeln von Primula veris und P. elatior die Zucker Glucose, Galactose, Rhamnose, Xylose, Arabinose, Glucuronsäure und Galacturonsäure nachgewiesen werden.

Abstract

The investigation by 2–dimensional thinlayer chromatography of the sugar part of the saponins from Primula veris and P. elatior showed glucose, galactose, rhamnose, xylose, arabinose, glucuronic acid and galacturonic acid.
