Summary

A further case of endoscopically diagnosed jejunogastric intussusception has been reported. The importance of fiberscopy in diagnosing this rare postoperative complication is emphasized. Authors are convinced that with more frequent use of fiberoptic instruments more cases would be preoperatively diagnosed.

Zusammenfassung

Fallbericht über eine endoskopisch diagnostizierte jejunogastrische Invagination. Die Bedeutung der Gastroskopie bei der Diagnostik dieser seltenen postoperativen Komplikation wird betont. Die Autoren sind davon überzeugt, daß mit zunehmendem Einsatz fiberendoskopischer Instrumente mehr Fälle präoperativ diagnostiziert werden.
