Two cases of cancer of the papillary region are reported in this paper. These two
cancers were definitely diagnosed by fiberduodenoscopy and scopic biopsy without much
difficulties. Over all, fiberduodenoscopy followed by scopic biopsy and pancreatocholangiography
proved to be a valuable method for diagnosis of cancer of the papillary region.
