Zusammenfassung
Eine neuentwickelte, von innen geheizte Thermosonde erlaubt die sichere Koagulation
eines peritubaren Gewebszylinders zum Zweck der Sterilisierung. Eine eventuelle Verschorfung
von Darmabschnitten durch Hochfrequenzstrom entfällt. Eine Modifikation dieser Thermosonde
erlaubt die Blindkoagulation des inneren Muttermundes.
Summary
A new developed thermo-probe which is heated by an electric wire allows safe coagulation
of a peritubare cylinder of the tissue for sterilization. Cauterization of the intestines
which may be possible by working with high frequency current is out of the question.
A modification of this thermoprobe allows also the blind coagulation of the internal
os of the tube.
