Summary
A new flexible forceps constructed by us (produced by Wolf Comp., Knittlingen, W.-Germany) permits the safe fixation and removal of polyps from the gastrointestinal tract after successful endoscopic polypectomy. Instrument and technique are described. Untill now, by this method we removed 15 polyps from the stomach and 4 from the esophagus without failure.
Zusammenfassung
Eine von uns konstruierte Greifzange (Hersteller: Firma Wolf, Knittlingen, Westdeutschland) gestattet das sichere Fassen und die Bergung von mittels endoskopischer Polypektomie abgetragener Polypen aus dem Gastrointestinaltrakt. Instrument und Technik werden beschrieben. Bisher haben wir mit dieser Methode 15 Polypen aus dem Magen und 4 aus dem Ösophagus ohne Mißerfolg geborgen.
