Summary

A special hysteroscope, total diameter: Fr. 10 (3,3 mm or approx. ⅛ inch) is introduced under visual control. Uterus and cervical channel are tightened by a riding one way-vacuum-cap. This combination enables elevations in all directions during laparohysteroscopy; instillation, biopsy and coagulation possibilities. In 1926 cases we succeeded in inserting the new hysteroscope without anaesthesia and pain.
