Abstract

Static callus cultures of Tagetes minuta L., raised from seeds on revised Murashige and Skoog's medium were analysed and two rare glycosides (patuletrin and quercetagetrin) besides iso-pyrethrins were isolated and identified by thin-layer chromatography, UV, IR and glc studies.
