Summary
During the Gynecological Pelviscopy throught the umbilicus the uterus must be elevated to get view in the Douglas'-pouch. A new developped Vacuum-Intrauterine-tube is sucking in the major part of the cervix in its cap, so that the multiple perforated intrauterine cannula is absolutely fixed in the cavity of the uterus. With this instrument the uterus can be moved in all directions very easily. For the demonstration of the patency of the tubes a blue dye solution or gas will be instillated through the Vacuum-Intrauterine-tube.
