Summary

Angiographic radiographs produced by the conventional technique and by the magnification technique are compared. In most cases the magnification technique does not give additional information, but does however simplify the diagnosis. In certain cases the technique offers supplementary details which combined with the questionable findings from the conventional angiography can decisively influence the diagnosis.
