Kasuistik einer 18jährigen Patientin mit linksseitiger Opticusatrophie, hervorgerufen durch ein suprasellär gelegenes arteriovenöses Angiom mit Ausdehnung nach intraorbital. Unter Berücksichtigung von Literaturangaben über gleichartige oder ähnliche Fälle handelt es sich hier am ehesten um ein sogenanntes partielles Wyburn-Mason-Syndrom.

Summary

Case history and aetiology of an 18 year old female patient with left sided optic atrophy due to a suprasellar arterio, venous malformation with intraorbital extension. It is suggested that this is a case of partial Wyburn-Mason syndrome, especially considering the search of the literature of similar cases.

Cas d'une malade de 18 ans atteinte d'une atrophie optique gauche due à un angiome artério-veineux suprasellaire avec extension intraorbitaire. Compte tenu des références de la littérature il s'agit au mieux, au moins partiellement, du syndrome dit de Wyburn-Mason.
