Zusammenfassung
Nach einer Schilderung der Operationstechnik berichten die Autoren über 15 intra- und postoperative Zwischenfälle bei 360 ventralen Fusionsoperationen an 307 Patienten, die an einer zervikalen Diskopathie litten. Die Komplikationsrate beträgt 4,16%. Bis auf eine komplette, klinisch gut kompensierte Recurrenslähmung heilten alle Komplikationen ohne bleibende Schäden aus. Es werden Differentialdiagnose, Prophylaxe und Therapie dieser operationsspezifischen Schädigungen erörtert.
Summary
The authors describe the technique of operation and then report about 15 intra- and postoperative complications in 360 anterior cervical fusions in 307 patients who suffered from cervical disc lesions. The complication rate was 4.16%. Apart from one case of complete but clinically reasonably well compensated recurrent paresis, all complications healed without permanent deficit. The differential diagnosis, prophylaxis and therapy of these specific operative complications are discussed.

Complications des interventions de fusion de la colonne cervicale par voie antérieure.
Après description de leur technique opératoire les auteurs rendent compte de 15 incidents peret postopératoires lors de 360 interventions de fusion cervicale antérieure chez 307 malades souffrant de discopathie cervicale. Le taux de complication est de 4,16%. A l'exception d'une paralysie complète mais bien compensée du recurrent, toutes les complications guérirent sans dommage persistant. On évoque le diagnostic différentiel, la prophylaxie et la thérapeutique de telles complications.
