Summary
Thirty four cases of spondylosis and narrow spinal canal were analysed and the possible
mechanism of the syndrome of the narrow canal discussed. In spondylotic cases early
operation is advisable.

Über 34 Fälle von Spondylosis und verengertem Spinalkanal wird berichtet. Der vermutete
Mechanismus des Syndroms des verengerten Spinalkanals wird diskutiert. Für die Fälle
von Spondylosis muß eine rechtzeitige Operation empfohlen werden.
