Summary

In this case report we present a patient with breast cancer and cancer-related fatigue who was treated in our integrative outpatients programme. We use techniques of complementary and mind/body medicine. This multimodal concept includes the training in relaxation, physical exercise and plant-based diet combined with techniques of the mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) programme and cognitive therapy.
