Hinderliche und förderliche Einflussfaktoren auf den Trauerprozess aus Hinterbliebenensicht

Zusammenfassung

Ziel der Studie

Es sollten mögliche Einflussfaktoren auf den Trauerprozess nach dem Verlust einer nahestehenden Person aus Sicht der Hinterbliebenen untersucht werden.

Methodik

Anhand einer qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring [1] wurden 30 Interviews mit Hinterbliebenen ausgewertet, um wahrgenommene hinderliche und förderliche Faktoren zu identifizieren.

Ergebnisse

Die Analyse ergab vier thematische Kategorien: Verhaltensweisen des sozialen Umfelds, die Beziehung zur verstorbenen Person, intrapersonale Faktoren sowie die fachliche Betreuung durch medizinisches, psychologisches und seelsorgerisches Personal.

Schlussfolgerung

Die Ergebnisse verdeutlichen, dass ein komplexes Zusammenspiel sozialer, persönlicher und struktureller Faktoren den Trauerprozess beeinflusst. Daraus ergeben sich praxisrelevante Impulse für die psychosoziale Unterstützung von Patient:innen und ihren Angehörigen durch Fachpersonal.

Abstract

Objective

To investigate possible factors influencing the grieving process after the loss of a loved one from the perspective of the bereaved.

Methods

Using a qualitative content analysis according to Mayring [1], 30 interviews with bereaved people were analysed to identify perceived hindering and facilitating factors.

Results

Four thematic categories emerged from the analysis: Behavior of the social environment, relationship with the deceased, intrapersonal factors and the professional care by medical, psychological and pastoral staff.

Conclusion

The results show that a complex interplay of social, personal and structural factors influences the grieving process. Practical implications for the psychosocial support of patients and their relatives by professionals are derived.
