Zwischen Schaden und Nutzen – Rolle der Bildgebung bei Rückenschmerzen
Authors

Radiologische Befunde bei Rückenschmerzen sind nicht immer aussagekräftig. Während sie bei entzündlichen Ursachen wie Spondylodiszitis oder axialer Spondyloarthritis entscheidend sein können, führen sie bei unspezifischen Beschwerden oft zu Überdiagnostik, Unsicherheit bei Patient*innen und unnötiger Therapie. Es lohnt sich daher ein kritischer Blick auf die Evidenzlage und den sinnvollen Einsatz radiologischer Diagnostik.
