Von der Liposuktion zur Rekonstruktion: Interdisziplinäre Behandlung einer nekrotisierenden Fasziitis nach fachfremder ambulanter Liposuktion

Zusammenfassung

Dieser Fallbericht beschreibt den Verlauf einer nekrotisierenden Fasziitis als schwerwiegende Komplikation nach einer ambulanten Liposuktion. Die Patientin benötigte neben einer prolongierten intensivmedizinischen Behandlung umfangreiche chirurgische Eingriffe, einschließlich radikalen Debridements, Vakuum-Therapie (NPWT) und multipler Lappenplastiken, um die ausgedehnten Gewebedefekte zu decken. Der Fall hebt die Risiken hervor, die mit ästhetischen Eingriffen verbunden sind und unterstreicht die Bedeutung diese Eingriffe nur durch erfahrene, qualifizierte Fachärzte durchführen zu lassen. Zudem zeigt dieser Fall eindrucksvoll die Wichtigkeit einer frühzeitigen Diagnosestellung sowie eines interdisziplinären Managements.

Abstract

This case report describes the clinical course of necrotising fasciitis as a serious complication following outpatient liposuction. The patient required extensive surgical procedures, including radical debridement, negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) and multiple flaps to cover the extensive tissue defects, alongside prolonged intensive medical care. This case underscores the risks associated with aesthetic procedures and emphasises the importance of having such procedures performed exclusively by qualified and experienced specialists. This case also impressively demonstrates the importance of early diagnosis and interdisciplinary management.
