Kleinzelliges Lungenkarzinom - T-Zell-Engager als neue Therapieoption
Zusammenfassung
Neben CAR-T-Zellen werden auch bispezifische T-Zell-Engager (BITE) zunehmend über hämatologische Tumoren hinaus auch bei anderen Tumorentitäten wie dem kleinzelligen Lungenkarzinom (SCLC) untersucht. Inzwischen adressieren die Adaptermoleküle zwischen T- und B-Zellen der nächsten Generation sogar 3 verschiedene B-Zell-Rezeptoren wie der trispezifische T-Zell-Engager (Tri-TE) Alveltamig (ZG006).
