Zusammenfassung

Bluthochdruck und chronische Nierenkrankheit bilden ein gefährliches Duo. Bei Nierenkrankheiten ist die Blutdruckeinstellung essenziell, um kardiovaskuläre Morbidität und Mortalität aber auch die Verschlechterung der Nierenkrankheit zu verhindern. In dem vorliegenden Artikel werden die Blutdruckziele und auch die möglichen medikamentösen und nichtmedikamentösen Therapien zum Erreichen der Blutdruckziele dargelegt.
