Die kanine Hypothyreose ist zweifellos eine häufige Erkrankung, doch besteht der begründete Verdacht, dass sie massiv überdiagnostiziert wird. Die Herausforderung bleibt: Wie lässt sich die Diagnose einer echten Hypothyreose zuverlässig stellen? Neue Ansätze bieten vielversprechende Perspektiven, insbesondere für unklare Fälle.
