Dieser Artikel beleuchtet, wie Embodiment als therapeutisches Konzept helfen kann, den Körper wieder als Ressource zu erfahren. An der Schnittstelle von Schmerzphysiotherapie, Psychologie und Mind-Body-Medizin zeigt er praxisnahe Wege, wie Embodied-Education, Bewegung und Selbstwirksamkeit als Bestandteile einer umfassenden Therapie bei persistierenden Schmerzen bedacht werden können.
