Entzündungskrankheiten: Was leistet eine antientzündliche Ernährung?

Zusammenfassung
Um Entzündungszustände zu reduzieren, gilt es, unerwünschte inflammatorische Reize zu vermeiden. Dieser Beitrag zeigt auf, wie dies mit einem antientzündlichen Ernährungsmanagement gelingt.
