Patientenkommunikation in der Radiologie beschränkt sich nicht auf wenige Anweisungen während der Untersuchung und ist weit mehr als das gesprochene Wort. Im Folgenden sollen Techniken und Situationen beschrieben werden, wie sich in der täglichen Routine eine patientenzentrierte, respektvolle und zugleich praktikable Kommunikation gestalten lässt – von der Terminvereinbarung bis zum Befundgespräch.
