Die Brücke zwischen Intensiv- und Normalstation

Liaison-Nurse-Teams haben das Ziel, eine bedarfsgerechte pflegerische Versorgung der Patienten unabhängig von ihrem Aufenthaltsort im Krankenhaus zu ermöglichen. Im Unispital Basel wurden im Rahmen eines Forschungsprojekts die Erfahrungen von Teilnehmenden an der Intervention eines solchen Teams untersucht.
