Die therapeutische Wirksamkeit von Donor-Lymphozyten-Infusionen (DLI) nach einer allogenen hämatopoetischen Zelltransplantation (HCT) wird durch das Risiko einer Graft-versus-Host-Reaktion (GvHD) eingeschränkt. Die Anwendung von Cyclophosphamid nach der Transplantation (PTCy) verhindert wirksam eine schwere GvHD. K. Shanmugasundaram und Kollegen prüften nun die Outcomes von DLIs bei Patienten, die mit PTCy behandelt wurden.
