Diagnostik von Persönlichkeitsstörungen nach ICD-11

Bei der Versorgung von Personen mit psychischen Störungen stellen Persönlichkeitsstörungen oftmals eine große Herausforderung dar. Es ist daher von großer Bedeutung, Persönlichkeitsstörungen akkurat zu diagnostizieren und zu klassifizieren. Der Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die neue Diagnostik von Persönlichkeitsstörungen nach ICD-11 und zeigt die verschiedenen Schritte und Beispiele des diagnostischen Prozesses auf.

Abstract

The treatment of individuals with personality disorders often poses a major challenge in psychotherapy. It is therefore of great importance to accurately diagnose and classify personality disorders. This article provides an overview of the new diagnosis of personality disorders according to ICD-11 and shows the various steps and examples of the diagnostic process.
