SOP Stufenplan zur Realimentation von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Anorexia nervosa

In der Behandlung der Anorexia nervosa (AN) ist die Gewichtsstabilisierung ein zentrales Therapieziel. Je höher die Gewichtszunahme während der stationären Therapie, umso günstiger die Prognose. Wie wird dieses Ziel erreicht? Ein Stufenplan zur Realimentation fördert anhand von positiver Verstärkung die Therapiemotivation und übt das eigenverantwortliche Essverhalten. Gleichzeitig handelt es sich um ein strukturiertes und für das Team einfach umzusetzendes Konzept.
