Muskelrelaxierung bei pädiatrischen Patient*innen

Die Gabe von Muskelrelaxanzien wird seit Jahrzehnten in der Anästhesie durchgeführt und hat auch in der modernen Anästhesie weiterhin ihren Stellenwert. Besondere Patientengruppen, wie Säuglinge und Kleinkinder, erfordern eine angepasste Anwendung. Dieser Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit den Besonderheiten der Gabe von Muskelrelaxanzien bei pädiatrischen Patient*innen.

Abstract

The administration of muscle relaxants has been used in anesthesia for decades and continues to play an important role in modern anaesthesia. Special patient populations, such as infants or very young patients require adapted use. The article discusses the specifics of muscle relaxant administration in these patient groups.
