Der Anti-CD40-IgG1-Antikörper Mitazalimab wirkt als Agonist auf die dendritischen Zellen des Immunsystems. Auf dem AACR-Kongress wurden jetzt neue Daten der Studie OPTIMIZE-1 in Kombination mit einer Chemotherapie (mFOLFIRINOX) beim therapienaiven metastasierten Pankreaskarzinom vorgestellt.
