Zusammenfassung
Durch die Anwendung der Tiefenoszillation (frei einstellbare Frequenz 5–250Hz) werden
die behandelten Strukturen in Bewegung versetzt, sozusagen „durchgeschüttelt“. Dadurch
wird der Fluss der extrazellulären Flüssigkeiten sehr effektiv aktiviert, um somit
die Ver- und Entsorgung der Zellen zu optimieren. In unserem gesamten Körper fließen
Flüssigkeiten in und zwischen Zellen. Je aktiver dieser Fluss ist, desto besser werden
unsere Körperstrukturen mit notwendigen Stoffen versorgt bzw. von Abfallstoffen gereinigt.
Die Aktivierung von Rezeptoren, allen voran die Mechanorezeptoren in der Haut, führt
außerdem zum sogenannten „Gate Control“-Effekt: Die Schmerzweiterleitung über das
Rückenmark wird reduziert, der Schmerz kommt also nicht oder nicht vollständig am
Gehirn an. Auf die Schmerzreduktion folgt automatisch die Entspannung des myofaszialen
Systems, was wiederum die Zirkulation von Körperflüssigkeiten sowie den Zustand der
Zellen und Strukturen verbessern kann. Die in Schwingung versetzten Strukturen erzeugen
außerdem Wärme (durch Reibung), was den Stoffwechsel weiter anregen und optimieren
kann.
Durch die Nutzung von Anziehung und Reibung versetzen elektrostatische Impulse das
behandelte Gewebe in angenehme Schwingungen. Es entsteht eine biologische Tiefenwirkung
bis zu 8cm. Diese Schwingungen wirken im Gegensatz zu anderen Therapieformen äußert
schonend und bis in die Tiefe auf alle Gewebebestandteile (Kutis, leitendes Gewebe,
subkutanes Fettgewebe, Muskeln, Blut und Lymphgefäße). Zur Therapie hält der Patient
ein Titan-Kontaktelement lose zwischen den Zehen. Unter dem Einsatz von latexfreien
Vinyl-Handschuhen oder alternativ einem Handapplikator, welcher über das Gewebe in
Lymphflussrichtung bewegt wird, entsteht der angenehme Therapieeffekt der Tiefenoszillation.
Dies bewirkt eine Normalisierung der hämodynamischen Parameter der Haut samt antiinflammatorischem
Resultat.
Die Kombination von KPE und Tiefenoszillation bewirkt ein sehr gutes Ergebnis. Es
kommt zu einem verbesserten Lymphabfluss. Das stark schmerzreduzierende Wirkpotenzial
fördert beim Patienten eine muskuläre Relaxation, und es kann sehr schnell mit der
bewegungsfördernden Basismobilisation begonnen werden.
Abstract
The application of deep oscillation (freely adjustable frequency 5–250 Hz) sets treated
structures in motion, "shaking" them, so to say. As a result, the flow of extracellular
fluids is activated very effectively in order to optimise the supply and disposal
of the cells. Fluids flow in cells and between cells throughout our entire body. The
more active the flow is, the better our body structures are supplied with necessary
substances and the better they are cleaned of waste material. The activation of receptors,
above all the mechanoreceptors in the skin, also leads to the so-called “gate control”
effect: the transmission of pain via the spinal cord is reduced, meaning that the
pain does not reach the brain, or does not reach it completely. The reduction in pain
is automatically followed by relaxation of the myofascial system, which in turn can
improve the circulation of body fluids and the condition of cells and structures.
The vibrating structures also generate heat (through friction), which can further
stimulate and optimise the metabolism.
By utilising attraction and friction, electrostatic impulses cause the treated tissue
to vibrate pleasantly. The result is a biological depth effect of up to eight centimetres.
In contrast to other forms of therapy, these vibrations have an extremely gentle and
deep effect on all tissue components (cutis, conductive tissue, subcutaneous fatty
tissue, muscles, blood, and lymph vessels). For therapy, the patient holds a titanium
contact element loosely between the toes. The use of latex-free vinyl gloves or alternatively
a hand applicator, which is moved over the tissue in the direction of lymph flow,
creates the pleasant therapeutic effect of deep oscillation. This normalises the haemodynamic
parameters of the skin and produces an anti-inflammatory result.
The combination of CDT and deep oscillation produced a very good result. Lymphatic
drainage is improved. The strong pain-reducing effect potential promotes muscular
relaxation in the patient and movement-promoting basic mobilisation can be started
very quickly.
