Zusammenfassung
Das Fachgebiet der Mykologie umfasst die genaue Kenntnis der Pilze und der durch diese
Erreger ausgelösten Haut-, Haar-, Nagel- und Schleimhauterkrankungen. Die korrekte
Probenahme und darauffolgende umfassende mykologische Diagnostik mit konventionellen
und zunehmend eingesetzten molekularen Methoden ist elementar für die Identifizierung
der Erreger. Nur dadurch ist eine zielgerichtete und erfolgreiche antimykotische Therapie
möglich. Gleichzeitig können differenzialdiagnostisch infektiöse Dermatosen anderer
Genese und nicht-infektiöse Haut- und Nagelerkrankungen ausgeschlossen werden. Alles
das wird strukturiert im vorliegenden Zertifikat zur Dermatomykologie thematisiert.
Auf die Qualitätssicherung der Mykologie wird ebenfalls in diesem Curriculum eingegangen.
Die Deutsche Dermatologische Akademie (DDA) hat daher mit dem Zertifikat „Mykologie
– Diagnostik und Therapie von Dermatomykosen“ ein weiteres wichtiges Fortbildungsangebot
für ein Teilgebiet der Dermatologie geschaffen. Die Fortbildungsinhalte für dieses
Zertifikat werden in einem ganztägigen Modul (8 Stunden) vermittelt; auch eine Aufteilung
in Halbtage im Rahmen größerer Fortbildungsveranstaltungen ist möglich. Die Seminare
und v.a. auch Kurse (Workshops und praktisch-mikroskopische Kurse) sind interaktiv;
bestimmend sind die praxisorientierte Präsentation des Wissens und die kollegiale
Diskussion mit ausgewiesenen Experten auf dem Gebiet der Pilzinfektionen der Haut.
Abstract
The field of mycology includes precise knowledge of fungi and the skin, hair, nail
and mucous membrane diseases caused by these pathogens. Correct sampling and subsequent
comprehensive mycological diagnostics using conventional and increasingly used molecular
methods are essential for identifying the pathogens. This is the only way to achieve
targeted and successful antifungal therapy. At the same time, differential diagnosis
can be used to exclude infectious dermatoses of other origins and non-infectious skin
and nail diseases. All of this is discussed in a structured manner in this certificate
on dermatomycology. Quality assurance in mycology is also addressed in this curriculum.
The German Dermatological Academy (DDA) has therefore created another important training
offer for a sub-area of dermatology with the certificate “Mycology – Diagnosis and
Therapy of Dermatomycoses”. The training content for this certificate is taught in
a full-day module (8 hours); It is also possible to divide it into half days as part
of larger training events. The seminars and, above all, courses (workshops and practical
microscopic courses) are interactive; The decisive factor is the practice-oriented
presentation of knowledge and the collegial discussion with proven experts in the
field of fungal skin infections.
