Mikrobiologische Diagnostik und Therapie bei Hautkrankheiten

Zusammenfassung

Die Funktionen der Haut sind sehr komplex. Sie schützt und bewahrt den Menschen. Unsere Haut definiert uns nach außen und verleiht unserer Persönlichkeit einen Rahmen. Zudem beeinflusst die unbedeckte Haut den sog. ersten Eindruck. Sie kann Stimmungen wie leichtes Erröten anzeigen und dient nicht zuletzt der Repräsentation (z. B. durch Schminken, Piercings und Tattoos). Der Artikel befasst sich mit den Funktionen und Störungen der Haut, geht auf die Mikroökologie und Immunologie unserer „Schutzschicht und Abgrenzung“ nach außen ein und gibt einen Überblick über Diagnostik und Therapiemöglichkeiten bei Störungen dieses Grenzflächenorgans. Ein Patientenfall zeigt, dass auch Dermatosen einer mikrobiologischen Therapie zugänglich sind.

Abstract

The functions of the skin are very complex. It protects and safeguards the human being. Our skin defines us to the outside world and provides a frame for our personality. In addition, the uncovered skin influences the so-called first impression. It can indicate moods such as slight blushing and, last but not least, has a representational function (e. g., through make-up, piercings and tattoos). The article deals with the functions and disorders of the skin, addresses the microecology and immunology of our “protective layer and demarcation“ to the outside world, and provides an overview of diagnostics and therapeutic options in the case of disorders of this interface organ. A patient case shows that also dermatoses can be treated with a microbiological therapy.
