Stellungnahme zur Nutzenbewertung von Trastuzumab Deruxtecan (Adenokarzinom des Magens oder des gastroösophagealen Übergangs, HER2-positiv) vom 23. Mai 2023

1. Zusammenfassung

Die frühe Nutzenbewertung von Trastuzumab Deruxtecan (T-DXd) (Enhertu) ist ein weiteres Verfahren der frühen Nutzenbewertung für ein neues Arzneimittel zur systemischen Therapie des Magenkarzinoms. T-DXd wird angewendet als Monotherapie zur Behandlung des fortgeschrittenen HER2-positiven Adenokarzinoms des Magens oder des gastroösophagealen Übergangs (GEJ) bei Patientinnen und Patienten (Pat.), die bereits ein vorhergehendes trastuzumabbasiertes Therapieschema erhalten haben. Der G-BA hat das IQWiG mit dem Bericht beauftragt. Subgruppen, zweckmäßige Vergleichstherapie sowie Bewertungsvorschläge sind in [Tab. 1] zusammengefasst.
