Die Pyometra bei der Stute – eine therapeutische Herausforderung

Eine in der Praxis eher selten anzutreffende Erkrankung ist die Pyometra bei der Stute, die jedoch aufgrund ihrer schlechten Prognose von erheblicher Bedeutung für die Zuchttauglichkeit und das Tierwohl der betroffenen Stute ist.
