Unkontrollierbare Blutungen prähospital – Retten Blutprodukte Leben?

Die unkontrollierbare Blutung stellt uns aufgrund begrenzter Therapieoptionen und einer hohen Letalität prähospital vor große Herausforderungen. In den letzten Jahren wird die Transfusion allogener Blutprodukte immer beliebter. Diese CME-Fortbildung soll anhand eines fiktiven Fallbeispiels die möglichen Therapieoptionen kritisch beleuchten.

Abstract

Uncontrollable haemorrhage in prehospital settings presents us with major challenges due to limited therapeutic options and high mortality. In recent years, transfusion of allogeneic blood products has become increasingly popular. This article aims to critically examine the possible therapeutic options based on a fictitious case study.
