AKTIVER in der Delirprävention

Das Delir ist ein akutes, ätiologisch unspezifisches hirnorganisches Syndrom mit fluktuierender Störung der Aufmerksamkeit und der Kognition. Es tritt im Alter gehäuft auf. Effektive Delirprävention kann primär, sekundär oder tertiär ausgerichtet sein und ist mit unterschiedlichen Maßnahmenbündeln verbunden. Die medizinisch-pflegerische Versorgung älterer Menschen ist stets an der Prämisse „AKTIVER in der Delirprävention“ auszurichten.
