Zusammenfassung
Die Einschränkung der Lebensqualität bei Urtikaria ist stark abhängig vom subjektiven Empfinden und der Lokalisation der Quaddeln. Leitlinien sollten deshalb die Einteilung nach Einschränkung der Lebensqualität in Diagnostik und Therapie stärker berücksichtigen als die starre Einteilung nach akut und chronisch an Hand der Sechs-Wochen-Grenze.
Abstract
The quality of life in urticaria strongly corresponds with the subjective perception and the localization of the wheals. Guidelines should take impairment of health-related quality of life much stronger into their considerations, than the rigid classification of acute and chronic spontaneous urticaria along the 6 week division.
