Fortgeschrittenes Urothelkarzinom

Der Rezeptor Nectin-4 wird beim Urothelkarzinom überexprimiert und ist damit eine potenzielle Zielstruktur für eine zielgerichtete Therapie. Das Nectin-4-gerichtete Antikörper-Wirkstoff-Konjugat (ADC) Enfortumab vedotin wurde für die Behandlung des lokal fortgeschrittenen und metastasierten Urothelkarzinoms entwickelt. Vielversprechende Studienergebnisse zu der neuen Therapieoption wurden beim ASCO-GU 2021 präsentiert.
