Akute myeloische Leukämie

Azacitidin ist eine Standardtherapie in der Behandlung der akuten myeloischen Leukämie (AML). Dies gilt auch bei der Erhaltungstherapie mit der hypomethylierenden Substanz. Darüber hinaus gibt es Hinweise auf eine Therapieoptimierung durch die alternierende Behandlung mit dem BCL2-Inhibitor Venetoclax.
