Jaschke et al. diskutieren die Problematik des Testosteronmangels im Alter und hinterfragen den Wert der Testosterontherapie unter dem Aspekt einer „Anti-Aging”-Maßnahme [1]. Dabei findet die positive Nutzen-Risiko-Bilanz bei Typ-2-Diabetes (T2 D) kaum Beachtung.
