De-feng Li et al. The efficacy and safety of underwater endoscopic mucosal resection for ≥10-mm colorectal polyps: systematic review and meta-analysis

This meta-analysis, including 1142 polyps from 1093 patients (18 studies), shows that underwater EMR is an effective and safe removal technique, especially for colorectal polyps of 10–20 mm in size.
