Li Huang et al. Intelligent difficulty scoring and assistance system for endoscopic extraction of common bile duct stones based on deep learning: multicenter study

Construction of a deep learning AI system that predicts the technical difficulty of ERCP-guided treatment of common bile duct stones is described. The scoring system performed similarly to expert endoscopists and was superior to nonexperts. The scoring system may guide endoscopists in predicting duct clearance and selection of modalities.
