In a recent case report, Kreppel et al. [1] reported a high uptake of 68Ga-labelled FAPi in a focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) in a 44-year-old female. High FAPi uptake was observed, and its possible indications were discussed. According to the authors, the diagnosis of FNH is usually based on sonography, contrast-enhanced CT, or MRI, which correspond to routine approaches.
