Die Intensivierung der Androgenrezeptor (AR)-Deprivationstherapie (ADT) durch AR-gerichtete Substanzen ist bei Patienten mit nicht-metastasierten kastrationsresistenten Prostatakarzinom (nmCRPC) eine wirksame Strategie. Welche Substanz bei welchen Patienten eingesetzt werden sollte, ist nicht klar ersichtlich. Beim ASCO wurden hierzu diverse Studien präsentiert.
