Zusammenfassung

Kann ein lang zurückliegendes Sprunggelenktrauma zu rezidivierenden Rückenschmerzen führen? Das Fallbeispiel zeigt: Zumindest kann es einen Einfluss haben, denn erst das Einbeziehen der Sprunggelenkregion in die Therapie macht das Beach-Volleyballspiel wieder zum Vergnügen für die 28-jährige Patientin.
