ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Finger- und Mittelhandknochen (MHK)-Frakturen gehören zu den häufigsten Frakturen des menschlichen Körpers. Die frühzeitige Diagnose und Behandlung dieser Frakturen sind essenziell für ein gutes funktionelles Ergebnis der verletzten Hand. Wir berichten über die Symptomatik, Diagnostik, Klassifikation und über die Behandlung dieser Frakturen je nach Lokalisation und Typ.

SUMMARY

Phalangeal and metacarpal fractures are among the most common fractures of the human body. The early diagnosis and treatment of these fractures are essential for a good functional result of the injured extremity. We report the symptoms, diagnosis, and classification and the treatment of these fractures depending on the type and location of the fracture.
