Abstract

Das Raynaud-Phänomen stellt eine anfallsweise Perfusionseinschränkung der Akren, vorwiegend der Finger, dar. Die Anfälle werden oft von neurologischen Symptomen begleitet (Gefühllosigkeit, Kribbelparästhesien und Schmerzen in den betroffenen Gliedmaßen), die die Gebrauchsfähigkeit teilweise aufheben. Der Beitrag beschreibt mit Fallbeispielen die prognose- und therapieentscheidenden Unterschiede zwischen primärem und sekundärem Raynaud-Phänomen.
