Multiligamentäre Kniegelenkverletzungen – Therapieempfehlungen für die Frührehabilitation

Multiligamentäre Kniegelenkverletzungen gehören zu den schwerwiegenden Verletzungen der unteren Extremität. Sie sind aufgrund ihrer Komplexität und Heterogenität kaum miteinander zu vergleichen. Daher gibt es keine evidenzbasierten einheitlichen Therapieempfehlungen – aber Erfahrungswerte, an denen sich Sport- und Physiotherapeuten orientieren können, um in der Nachbehandlung ein optimales Ergebnis für den Patienten zu erzielen.
