Die SARS-CoV-2-Pandemie zieht einen erhöhten Bedarf an intensivmedizinischen Ressourcen und Versorgungsmöglichkeiten nach sich. Eine Expertengruppe formuliert auf Basis der Erfahrungen mit dem ersten Verdachtsfall SARS-CoV-2 mehrere Empfehlungen für Intensivstationen. Diese Empfehlungen enthalten Schulungen, Infektionskontrollmaßnahmen, Personalbedarf, Kommunikation und psychosoziale Unterstützung des Personals.
